On 14th of September at the ETP AHRF Electronic Trading Platform a Dutch biddings will be held for the sale of real estate of the LLC OPT-Torg.
Totally at the auction 31 lots will be offered – rooms for street retail and shopping and office buildings in Vladikavkaz, Cherkessk and in different cities of Stavropol Territory. Among the represented objects there is the Vershina chain of shopping and entertaining centers.
The areas of the objects vary from 135.2 sq. m to 20.9 thousand sq. m.
Currently most of the objects are rented and actually are a ready rent business.
Part of the objects is security for the Sberbank loans and is sold with the consent of the Bank. After making a sale contract all encumbrances will be removed.
MINIMUM prices of the lots vary from 4.5 million rubles to 990 million rubles.

Lot № 3 – the SEC Vershina at Mineral’nye Vody City exit, in a distance of 4 km from the airport.
