On 14 November and 28 November the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) will hold an auction for the sale of 11 premises for street retail in different districts of Moscow (Tverskoy, Dorogomilovo, Yuzhnoye Butovo, Aeroportovy and Ivanovskiy districts of the city).
The objects’ area varies from 69.2 up to 257.8 sq, m. All premises are offered for sale for the first time.
The sale is carried out within the framework of reformatting the bank office chain.
The premises are in good condition. One of the main advantages of the former offices is a profitable location, on the first floors of residential houses in places with a high pedestrian flow, near stops of public transport and subway stations.
The starting prices vary from 240 thousand to 320 thousand rubles for one sq. m.
The biddings are held on behalf of PJSC Sberbank and LLC Sberbank Capital.
