Two old printing companies – in Kemerovo and Chita, as well as a Laboratory Complex in Penza were sold at the auction within the framework of the federal privatization.
On 29th of November the Auction House of the Russian Federation (the AHRF) sold at the auction 100% blocks of shares of three enterprises, included in the Forecast Plan of Privatization for 2014-2016: OJSC Kuzbass Publishing and Printing Enterprise, OJSC “Penzenskaya Pravda” Publishing and Printing Complex and JSC Laboratory and Research Center for Studying Mineral Raw Materials. The sale is carried out within the framework of the Order of the RF Government № 1419-р of 29.07.2014.
Two of three sold enterprises were sold with a significant excess of the price. A total excess according to the results of the auctions held is 96,750,000 rubles.
OJSC Kuzbass Publishing and Printing Enterprise was sold through public offering (auction with price decrease). But this did not stop the 8 participants from raising the price up to 153,300,000 rubles. Even though that, according to the auction terms, a minimum price of the enterprise sale can be 67,050,000 rubles.
The Buyer, LLC “The
House of Pletyukhin”, is considering a possibility of renewal of the enterprise main activity.
For JSC Laboratory and Research Center for Studying Mineral Raw Materials were struggling 7 bidders. As a result the asset price rose up to 29 600 000 rubles (the starting price was 19,100,000 rubles).
OJSC “Penzenskaya Pravda” Publishing and Printing Complex was sold without excess for the amount of 161,500,000 rubles.
The Buyer, OJSC “Samara Innovation Company” has among its main activities an activity connected with printing industry.
“The enterprises need a serious upgrading, which will require the Investor’s large financial investments. However all three assets have the excessive production areas – administrative and warehouse real estate. For example, the Kuzbass Publishing and Printing Enterprise has two areas in Kemerovo, in 28, Oktyabr’skiy Avenue, where 26 thousand sq. m of office and warehouse real estate located, and in 60, Tukhachevskiy Street, where the object area is 4.2 thousand sq. m. On condition of a competent management this real estate could become a source of additional income for the Owner. Diversification of business and optimization of resources available – this is the main problem for the buyers of all three assets for the nearest future”, – says Angelica Imanova, Deputy General Director for Privatization.
