On 26th April "Russian auction house" (RAD) on behalf of LLC "Gazprom transgaz St. Petersburg" held a mixed auction (at the same time, in the auction hall in St. Petersburg and on the Internet at ETP RAD).
Three lots were offered for sale – apartments in a townhouse in Frunzensky district of St. Petersburg on Bukharestskaya str., 59 A.
All apartments are three-storey, have a separate entrance from the street. On the ground floor there is a garage.
One of the lots was sold in excess of 20%.
Lot #1 - apartment the area of 344,5 sq.m.
Two bidders took part in the auction.
The sales price amounted to 13.2 million rub.
Lot #2 - apartment the area of 337,2 sq.m.
Three bidders took part in the auction.
During the bidding, the bidders took 30 steps to increase the price.
At the result the price was increase 20%.
The selling price is 16 million rub (the minimum price is 13 million rub).
Lot #3 - apartment the area of 346,9 sq.m.
Three bidders took part in the auction.
The selling price is 13,5 million rub (the minimum price is 13,3 million rub).
