5.6 hectares are for sale for redevelopment in the center of Khabarovsk
On September 19, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (RAD) will hold auctions for the sale of the former production site, an area of 5.6 hectares, in the center of Khabarovsk, 3 km from the river and railway stations.

According to PZZZ, this area refers to the zone CO-2, which can accommodate residential and public business development (hotels, administrative buildings, trade and catering).
There are 13 industrial and warehouse buildings on the site with the total area of 29.8 thousand sq.m.
There are connections to engineering utilities (electricity and water supply).
The initial price is RUB 380 million.
The auction will be held on the electronic trading platform of ETP RAD.

Taking into account the all-Russian trend of "grey belt" development and transfer of industrial zones from the city center to the outskirts and suburbs, this site has good prospects.
