For 26 March, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) has scheduled an auction for the sale of a land plot with an uncompleted building complex (readiness 60%) in the center of Vsevolozhsk.

The sale is being carried out by order of the owner – Northwest Bank of Sberbank of Russia.
The land plot is located next to the Vsevolozhsk city administration. It is 2.5 km from the railway station and 28 km from the center of Petersburg.

According to the plan, the total area of the four-storey building with an attic is 5,700 sq.m., area of land plot 1,000 sq.m.

“The object is located in an actively developing suburb of Petersburg. At present, in Vsevolozhsk and the settlements near it mass construction of low and medium residential blocks is underway.
