Lastochka is searching for a new master
On 11 July at the electronic trading platform of The Auction House of the Russian Federation (ETP AHRF) there will be a Dutch auction (a descending price auction) for the sale of Lastochka (Swallow) Recreation Centre on the coast of the Black Sea in Tuapse District of Krasnodar Territory.
The Object located in Novomikhaylovskiy Settlement in a unique secluded bay, which is from three sides is surrounded by mountains and by a forestland. In a distance of 4 km there is a federal M4 Highway (Moscow-Krasnodar).
The Recreation Centre includes residential and administrative buildings with a total area of 8,000 sq. m, as well as a land plot with an area of 24.7 ha, stretched towards the coast of the Black Sea. A distance from the upper zone to the coast is about 2 km. There is an own beach with a length of 500 m with a berth.
Minimum price – 164.8 million rubles.
