Group of Companies “Morton” will develop 3.5 he near the “Airport” subway station in the north of Moscow
On 5 June the Auction House of the Russian Federation (OJSC AHRF) held the auction for the sale of 100% block of shares in OJSC “MTS GA “Aviatekhsnab” included in the forecast plan of privatization for 2014–2016.
The main asset of the company – two plots with a total area of 3.5 he on the Viktorenko Street near the high-rise complex “Triumph Palace” in the area of “Airport” subway station in the north of Moscow. On the given territory the investor can build about 80 thousand sq. m. of housing.
Two bidders took part in the auction.
The Auction Winner – LLC “Integrated development” has acquired the Lot for 986,001,000 rubles. Within 30 working days these funds will be transferred to the federal budget.
