BaltAutoTrade is selling out with a discount a property in Saint Petersburg
The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) at the Electronic Trading Platform (ETP AHRF) will hold an auction within the framework of a bankruptcy procedure of subsidiary companies of LLC BaltAutoTrade – LLC EnergyProject and CJSC AutoDorExpress.
On 11 January for the first time the auction will be held for the sale of a two-storey building with an area of 1.2 thousand sq. m near Prospekt Bol’shevikov subway station. The Object is located at intersection of Dal’nevostochny Avenue and Kollontay Street.
Address: 9, building 1, letter A, Dal’nevostochny Av, Saint Petersburg.
Currently all areas of the buildings are rented for service center, vehicle washing station, café and offices at average market rates.
The starting price – 49.7 million rubles (38.4 thousand rubles for one sq. m).
