The main part of the property located in 18 km of the city Velikiye Luki in the village of Krutovrag of Velikoluksky District of Pskov Region. The rest property located in nearby villages Gvozdevo and Kislovo.
Besides, a buyer of SPK “August-Agro” is transferred a debtor indebtedness in the amount of more than 23.6 million rubles.
Starting price – 146.9 million rubles.
Thus, purchasing this asset for starting price, a buyer has an opportunity to get back 15% of cost.
For today a part of the property offered for sale is pledged by PJSC (Public Joint Stock Company) “Sberbank” and PJSC “Velikiye Luki Bank”, after completion of transaction all the encumbrances will be removed.
