Auction on sale of land plot of Residential Construction Assistance (RCA) Fund
February 12, 2010 the first auction for sale of land plot in St. Petersburg owned by RCA Fund took off.
Auction winner for the property objects located near St. Petersburg in Zelenogorsk city, Pukhtolova Gora building 2, liter A and V, with land plot of 1,5 hectares area became “Everest” LLC, offered the price of 13 190 000 rubles (start price of the property - 12 930 000 rubles).
