On 18 October, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) held an auction for the sale of a non-residential building and three premises for street retail and offices in different districts of St. Petersburg – Nevsky, Central, Primorsky and Lomonosovsky districts. In October, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) opened two regional offices – in Samara and Barnaul. The opening of the new AHR offices is connected with the increase of the number of objects in these cities that are being transferred for auction by Sberbank.

The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) has announced the start of sales of property located on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The project is being carried out with the support of the Service for trade and economic issues at the Bulgarian embassy and the Center of Bulgarian Industry in Moscow.

Non-core property of Russian Railways sold at auction – a non-residential building in the center of Petersburg
On 16 October, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR), by order of Russian Railways, held an auction to realize the non-core property of the company. Up for auction was a two-storey non-residential building of an area of 272 sq.m., located in the center of St. Petersburg, next to Vosstaniya Square.
6 application were made for participation in the auction.
Starting price of object – 12 million rubles. Over the course of the auction, the bidders made 13 steps.
The winner of the auction – a private individual – paid 19.2 million rubles for the lot. Читать
