The Auction House of the Russian Federation (RAD) announced about the sale of land plots within the project of selling areas previously owned by Maryinskaya Poultry Factory.
For sale prepared adjacent land plots with an area of 34 he for multi-storey residential development in the South-West of Moscow, in the township Maryino.
On this area it is possible to construct not less than 300 thousand sq. m of housing.
Cost of one hundred sq. m of land is about 400,000 rubles.
The city has already approved a plan of reconstruction of the main road, which provides access to the township of Maryino. According to the plan it is supposed to widen the road up to four lanes.
The land plots are located in Filimonkovsky district of Moscow, where dynamic social, business and residential development with inclusion of objects of social infrastructure is now being carried out.
Good transport accessibility of the object is provided by the major highways located nearby – 10 km to Moscow Ring Road and Kiev highway. In addition, by the end of 2014 opening of a new metro station “Salar’eva” (Sokol’nicheskaya line) is scheduled.

New Moscow is actively developing: the City elongates metro lines, the roads, providing access to new objects, are extended. By the end of this year it is planning to open three new branches of Sokol’nicheskaya metro line, that will increase the investment attractiveness of the area.
Another advantage is that the land has been transferred from the status of agricultural lands to lands for housing construction.
